1. "How long does it take to get an account?"
Your account is activated immediately, once you enter your personal information. You will be able to use your PIN number within minutes after receiving the order details by email.

2. "What payment methods are accepted?"
Phone Cards Central accepts payments made with both credit and debit cards. You can safely use your VISA or Master Card credit cards to buy any products from our site.

3. "Is online purchasing secure?"
In 2006, purchasing online has become one of the safest payment methods. All transactions are supported by the industry's standard 56-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. Your credit card information will remain confidential; and you can order your calling card from the comfort of your home or office.

No, this is a prepaid service. This way, you avoid any 'surprises' and scary phone bills. You will pay in advance and will never receive a bill for the calls you place using your phone card.

5. "Do I receive my card in the mail?"
No, we will not send you a physical card through mail. After you register with Phone Cards Central, all the information you need will be sent to your email address, so you can easily access it anytime you need to.

6. "How do I choose the best calling card for me?"
Phone Cards Central offers a large variety of calling cards and phone cards, so you're sure to find one that will meet your calling needs. To determine which card is right for you, simply select your destination country and check the details of each calling card.

7. "Are there any charges applied to my calling card?"
No, there are no additional charges added to your calling card. Please check details on each card for complete information on such fees.

8. "Can I use your service from my mobile?"
You can use your calling card from Phone Cards Central with any phone (mobile, public phone, etc) in the same way you use it from your home phone. You will benefit from rates up to 80% lower than the ones offered by your regular cellular provider.

9. "Can I see my account history on the web?"
You can always view your account history, logging into your account: go to My Account /Completed Orders. This will display all the refills, invoices and their corresponding information

10. "Do the rates differ depending on the time of the day or week?"
Most certainly, they do not. Phone Cards Central products will have the same low rates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

11. "What is auto-refill? How can I activate it?"
When your balance is low, you can choose to manually or automatically refill your calling card. With automatic refill, you can set a low limit when your PIN will be refilled with the amount you choose. This way you make sure you always have enough minutes whenever you need to place an important call.

12. "What is pinless dialing?"
With pinless dialing you don't have to dial your PIN for every call you make. Phone Cards Central offers you the possibility to register up to 6 phone numbers with your PIN. When you want to make a phone call from one of the 6 registered numbers, simply dial the access number and the number you want to call. No PIN needed!

13. "How long does it take for pinless dialing to be activated on my phone?"
Once you register a phone number, it should be activated within approximately 30 minutes. You can see the registered numbers logging into your account: go to My Account / Register More Numbers; you'll see all the numbers you registered, and be able to register even more (up to 6).

14. "What happens if I forget my password?"
In the Customer Login box click 'Forgot password' and fill in the required information (the email address you registered your account with). Your password will be emailed to you, and you can access your account as soon as you receive the message.

15. "What is PC-2-Phone?"
PC-2-Phone is an easy-to-use software application provided by PhoneCardsCentral. Once you install it on your PC, you can use it to place international calls to just about any phone number destination in the world. You will enjoy very low rates and great quality. Also, you get an associated PIN number so you can also use your balance to place calls from a phone, as you would with any calling card.

16. "How does PC-2-Phone work?"
It's simple! You just download and install the application on your PC, log in using your username and password, and start dialing! To make things even simpler, you can also save contacts, see you call history, and enable options like SMS or Virtual Number.

17. "What is Virtual Number?"
A Virtual Number is a phone number that you can associate with your account; this can be from any of the countries/regions that we have available. You can have as many Virtual Numbers as you wish for different countries for example, and people can then call you up on these numbers, at local costs.

18. "How do Virtual Numbers work?"
Once you subscribe for PC-2-Phone, you can access the "My Account" section on our website and manage your Virtual Numbers. By adding a new number, your friends, family and/or business partners will be able to call you on that number, and you'll pick up from the application. Let's say you're in USA and will be traveling to France. You set up a Virtual Number for USA, and this means that anyone can call you on that number (and you will pick up from the PC-2-Phone application) and they will be charged as if making a phone call to the US.
